HOW TO INGEST IT AND HOW LONG DO THE EFFECTS LAST?
Safest consumption includes processing the mushrooms into gummie, drink or other edible forms in order to isolate the "feel good" chemistry and leave out anything that may cause a negative side effect like nausea or vomiting.
